To maximize a student's chance of receiving financial aid, it is imperative that all paperwork be completed according to the proper timelines. Delays in providing this information may jeopardize a student's chance of receiving a grant from the limited available funds.
September through November
Indicate that you will be applying for financial aid when you fill out the application for admission.
Submit the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) online at sss.nais.org
If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the Admission Office and we will forward a paper copy of the forms to you.
Send a copy of your previous year's Internal Revenue Form 1040 (including all schedules) and your Wage and Tax Statements (W-2s) to:

Current families who have not previously applied for financial aid and intend to do so should notify the Admission Office by December 1 to request information about the process.
Families of accepted students will be notified of the status of their financial aid applications within the first two weeks of the month.
Complete and submit, by February 15, the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) online to sss.nais.org
By February 15, parents must submit a copy of their current Internal Revenue Form 1040 (including all schedules) and Wage and Tax Statements (W-2s) to:

Financial aid grants are awarded by the end of March if all paperwork has been submitted by the appropriate deadlines.
