Communications

The Communications Office is focused on sustaining and building on Friends' Central's reputation as a leader in Quaker education and ensuring that community members, prospective parents, and alumni/ae are up to date on news and events at the School.

We manage the internal communications and external marketing – including the School's website, weekly Just the Facts Newsletter, news stories, photos, and video – that keep our past, present, and future communities connected.

If you have any FCS-related news (including photos and video), please contact us at communications@friendscentral.org, and remember to connect with us through social media

PlusUs has named Friends' Central a Finalist for its Design for Learning Grant. An educational consultancy, PlusUs works with clients to create communications, workshops, spaces, and strategy. Their grant is aimed at helping schools with projects focused on instruction, strategy, communications, teacher training, or physical learning environments, and Friends' Central Makerspace Director Michael Darfler has some exciting ideas if the School receives the grant - those ideas are "MakerNooks."
