Friends’ Central Receives 13 CAPPIES Nominations!
4/27/2012
The Friends’ Central Drama program won an astounding 13 Cappies nominations this week—11 for its production of
Macbeth, and two for student reviewers.
The Critics and Awards Program for Students, most often known as the Cappies, is an international program for high school students to gain skills in writing reviews for plays. Students attend shows at other schools, write reviews, and publish those reviews in local newspapers. At the end of the year, the student critics vote for awards that are presented at a formal Cappies Gala.
Congratulations to our FCS nominees!
