Gifts to Friends' Central School's Annual Giving Campaign may be made in a variety of ways. Whatever the size of your contribution, each and every gift is appreciated and absolutely vital to continuing the School's tradition of academic excellence in a value-centered environment, both now and in the future. All gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Cash

Contributions of cash, check or money order are accepted. Checks should be made payable to "Friends' Central School Annual Giving."

Credit Cards

Contributions by credit card can be made using American Express®, Visa® or MasterCard®. Necessary information includes the card number, the expiration date and the name as it appears on the card.

Matching Gifts

Matching Gifts can double or triple the value of your gift. Many companies match the philanthropic contributions of their employees to independent schools. Obtain a form for a Matching Gift Request from your company's personnel or human resources office, fill out the portion to be completed by the donor and mail the form to the School along with your gift. Annual Giving Matching Gifts are counted towards a donor's membership in one of the Annual Giving Gift Clubs.

Appreciated Securities

A gift of appreciated securities (stocks, bonds and mutual funds) can offer the joy of helping others while being a tremendous financial planning tool for a donor, since income taxes are reduced by the charitable donation and there is no capital gains tax on the appreciation. Securities can easily be transferred electronically by your broker to a School account.
