Jebb Chagan has been a teacher, a coach, and an advisor at Friends' Central for 23 years. Jebb has an extensive lacrosse background both as a player and a coach, dating back to his playing days at Widener College through to his coaching the Villanova University women's lacrosse program. During his tenure at Villanova, Jebb was instrumental in building their program and facilitating their transition to participation in the Big East Conference. Over his six years as coach, Villanova charted a clear path to improvement, winning 35 games and transitioning from an independent into the Big East, a league which boasted no fewer than five teams ranked in the national top 25. Jebb departed Villanova with the most wins of any coach in program history. For over two decades Jebb has worked with both girls and young women at the middle, high school, club and collegiate levels and further he has created and presented workshops on the college recruiting process and on student-athlete leadership. Most recently, Jebb co-coached Team Philly 1  that went  in the US Lacrosse National Tournament, one of the nation's marquee college recruiting events for high school lacrosse players.
