Dining Services
The Dining Hall at Friends’ Central School provides students with high quality, nutritious, and flexible options. Friends' Central partners with CulinArt. CulinArt is a well-established food service provider that distinguishes itself with its commitment to creating long-term relationships with its schools, something they have demonstrated by serving some local peer and Quaker institutions for more than 25 years. Our City Avenue campus (Middle & Upper School) participates in all-inclusive dining, whereas the Lower School still offers an optional meal plan. See below for more details.
Middle & Upper School Dining (All-Inclusive Dining)
The City Avenue Campus (Middle & Upper School) participates in all-inclusive dining. The fee for this service is automatically rolled into tuition. Click here to see a sample menu. Daily healthy snack options (such as fruit and granola bars) will be offered mid-morning and after school as part of the dining plan. Al la carte breakfast options will be offered payable by debit, credit, apple pay, and google pay. Check out the FAQ sheet and sample menu.
Hours
Breakfast: 7:40 to 8:40 am (payable by debit, credit, apple pay, and google pay)
Mid-Morning Snack: 10:00 to 11:00 am
Lunch: 11:30 am to End of Last Lunch Block
Afternoon Snack: End of School Day to 3:20 pm

Lower School Dining (Optional Meal Plan)
Lower School offers meal plans for students in Pre-K through fifth grade! To make signing up for CulinArt and the ordering process seamless, all meal plans will be billed through FACTS alongside tuition payments.
Menus
Daily meals include a beverage, main course, sides, salad bar, and a healthy dessert. There will also be an alternative to the main course each day, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options. Click here and here for sample menus that will give you a sense of the types of meal options that will be available. Families can choose from either a five-day sign-up or Pizza Friday meal plans.
