Mindfulness Strategies Workshop Rescheduled
Mindfulness Strategies with Julie Coopersmith Monday, April 16 at 7 pm, Middle School Room 10
Parents/guardians can learn practical mindfulness techniques that have been adapted and used successfully by school‐age children to promote self-regulation, enhance coping skills, and promote well-being. Through hands‐on demonstration lessons and experiential practices, participants will learn 2-minute strategies to ease stress and calm their minds. Parents who attend this session will leave with mindfulness tools that can be used at home with their children.
