#GivingTuesday Thank You
Thanks to the generosity of our parents, alumni/ae, and friends, we exceeded our goal of 120 gifts - in honor of each of our 120 teachers! This outpouring brought in $21,345 for the Friends' Central Fund in one day, plus a $5,000 matching gift and $13,000 in additional pledges. Gifts came from as far as France and Ireland, and from members of the Class of 2017 all the way to Class of 1953, as well as from parents, former faculty, and friends. The day reminded the entire community how much we value our faculty who are central to the FCS experience. This inspirational giving is a fitting kick off to the holiday season, and we are incredibly grateful for our Friends' Central community members.
